The Entrepreneurs’ Committee of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized ‘Entrepreneurs’ Business Summit − Connecting Business − B2B/B2C Meets’ on Saturday, 14th January 2023 at Williamson Magor Hall, The Bengal Chamber Premises, Kolkata.

Startups in India have grown remarkably over the last six years. The numbers of new recognised startups have increased to over 14,000 in 2021−22 from only 733 in 2016−17. As a result, India has become the third largest startup ecosystem in the world after the US and China. With the vision of promoting start−ups and MSMEs and to encourage more entrepreneurship in West Bengal, The Entrepreneurs’ Committee of Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCC&I) has taken this initiative by organizing B2B/B2C Meet for all. Entrepreneurs and Business Owners from different sectors gathered today under one roof to showcase their products and services and have B2B and B2C interactions with the potential partners and clients.

The platform witnessed participation from companies like, Flowers 4 U − Biodegradable flowers and gifts; Peoplepro Management Services Pvt. Ltd. − Manpower Consulting; The George Telegraph Group − Education Institute; Haldia Institute of Technology − Education Institute; S&IB Services Pvt. Ltd. − Facility Management; Q Industrial Park − Infrastructure Development; HillPeak Tours − Hospitality and Senco Gold & Diamonds − Fashion & Jewellery. 250+ participants visited the business fair and participating companies got a great opportunity for B2B/B2C.

In a nutshell it was a vibrant business fair cum networking platform, ensuring meet between the right people, in the right business atmosphere through effective curation.
