The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized an Online Session on Financial Wellbeing for ABP Ltd on 28th, 29th, 30th November, 6th, 7th and 8th December, 2022.  The Sessions were divided in 2 groups of attendees on the basis of age: below 40 years and above 40 years. The groups were created keeping in mind that there will be difference in financial planning, considering age and other factors.

For each group there were 3 days Sessions, 2 hours per day. The Sessions covered what is financial wellbeing including holistic wellbeing, financial literacy, setting financial goals,      conservation of wealth and various services offered by banks, insurance, creating a monthly financial budget based on actual income, preparation for earning an income and how basic taxes work, different forms and ways of Investment for salaried individuals, savings for retirement and how basic retirement accounts work, model for financial freedom and daily practices for living a debt free life. 

The distinguished faculties were Mr. Vivek Jalan, Chairperson - Fiscal Affairs and Taxation Committee, The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry & Partner, Tax Connect Advisory Services LLP and Mr. Arijit Chakraborty, who has been advising companies on Financial & Integrated Reporting, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Information Systems Security & Cyber Risk, Finance etc.
