The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry in association with Dhruva Advisors LLP organized a Webinar on “Changing Landscape of Tax in M&A / Restructurings” on July 4, 2023 on an online platform.

The dynamism in the M&A / restructuring field seems to have outpaced the amendment and updates in any other areas. With the frequent amendments and new regulations brought in by the regulators and the peculiar judgments being passed by the judiciary in the M&A space, the norms of various aspects of restructurings are undergoing a sea change like never before.

In order to ensure that the corporates keep pace with this ever changing and evolving matters on the M&A front and on this backdrop, The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a Webinar on “Changing Landscape of Tax in M&A / Restructurings” in association with Dhruva Advisors LLP. 

The Chamber’s Overview was presented by Mr. Vivek Jalan, Chairperson - Fiscal Affairs & Taxation Committee, The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry & Partner, Tax Connect Advisory Services LLP. The Speakers were Mr. Aditya Hans, Partner, Dhruva Advisors LLP and Mr. Basant Gadhyan, Principal from Dhruva Advisors LLP. The Session was concluded with an interactive and Q/A session with the participants. Close to 100 participants from various industries from all over India  had attended the Webinar.
