Certificate Distribution Ceremony of Short Term Online Business Chinese (A1) Certificate Course, 18th October 2022, Residence of The Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China
The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry; with Consulate General of China in Kolkata; Yunnan University and Foreign Affairs Office of Yunnan Province, recently concluded (18th June 2022− 24th September 2022) a “Short Term Online Business Chinese (A1) Certificate Course”.
Mr. ZhaLiyou, Consul General, The Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Kolkata hosted a Certificate Presentation Ceremony at his residence on 18th October 2022. Mr. Subir Chakraborty, President, The Bengal Chamber and MD and CEO, Exide Industries Limited was present at the ceremony. Both of them handed over the certificates to the participants and the nominating authorities.
The Course was launched with 20 participants from organizations such as CESC Limited; Damodar Valley Corporation; Delhi Public School; Exide Industries Limited; Mindtree; Navitus Controls & Equipment Pvt. Ltd.; NEO Enterprise; Om Leather Artdeco (P) Ltd; Tata Steel Ltd etc. We also had international participation from Bangladesh.
Ms. Ma Xiaoyan−Chinese Project Manager, Yunnan University and Mr. Dong Chengsai−Chinese Teacher, Yunnan University were the Trainers. The course was designed for starters, with focus on oral communication in Chinese Language. It was a 60 hours course with weekend morning classes (4 hours per week, total 15 weeks). Participants are keen to take up the next level (A2) of the course.
The ceremony was followed by networking dinner. Testimonies of some of the participants :

Most of the participants were requested for doing the next level (A2) of the course.
