Following our recently done workshop on Foreign Trade Policy 2023, the International Trade Committee of the Bengal Chamber organised an Online workshop on the Amnesty scheme introduced under the new FTP.

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of Foreign Trade Policy (2023), DGFT made certain amendments in procedure to close cases of default in Export Obligation under a. Advance authorisation scheme and b. EPCG scheme.

Online filing of AEO − LO applications: Launch of Version 3.0 of web− application for filing, real−time monitoring and digital certification is another change introduced by the Directorate of International Customs which is of much relevance to the EXIM community.

In order to get a thorough understanding of the recent changes in procedures, the Bengal Chamber of Commerce arranged a workshop on Amnesty Scheme and Authorised Economic Operator.
